We're all about being fashion savvy and shopping smart. We’re a unique recycling retail store just for teens and young adults (juniors’ size 0 - 15/16; guys’ size 14 - 42) we buy and sell the latest looks in trendy gently used clothing and accessories from the hottest labels.
No, this isn’t your typical consignment or resale store! Our process is quick and easy. Go through your overflowing closet and bring in your cool stuff. We buy every day, and will pay you cash on the spot for the items we can sell.
And, because every location’s assortment of gently used clothing and accessories is changing daily, we’ll help you find that special, one-of-a-kind style for less. HOW WE DO IT
Each store is a franchise and individually owned and operated and may have slightly different policies and hours.
We will look through your items, piece by piece, looking for the style and current fashion, stains, tears, discoloration, alteration, etc. We will select the items we would like to purchase and enter it into the computer. We will give you a total dollar amount that we would like to offer to you for your items. You can elect to take our offer, any part of it, or not at all.
We would like for you to wait while we process your items since it usually takes about 15 minutes to an hour depending on how many items you bring in and how many other people show up at the same time. You might like to look around the store while you wait so you get an idea of what we are looking for and our pricing.
We will offer you between 25% - 40% of the price we will sell the item for in the store. Since you receive cash on the spot (or you may receive a check if it’s over $50), you don’t need to wait for it to sell to get your money. We take all the risk which is why we need to be selective based on style, brand, and current inventory.
WHEN WE DO IT
You can bring your items in any time up - you do not need an appointment. Check individual stores for special buying hours.
WHY WE PASS
We pass on items that are not current style, or that have problems like stains or tears, or that are altered. We are trained to look at styles and labels. We may take non name brand items, and we may pass on labels that are over 2 years old. We are seeking styles that teens and young adults are wearing now. Our target age group is 14 - 24, the Gen Y’rs.
We will return any passed items directly to you. If you leave the store before the transaction is complete, please understand that items left overnight, may be donated the following day.
HINTS
- The more pleasing, unique, and fashionable (a good label really helps), the more likely we’ll take it
- Make certain they are clean, without spots, holes, or odors
- Check to be sure that the zippers work and no buttons are missing
- Bring us items that fit the season, warm clothes in fall/winter, light clothes in spring/summer
- Shoes should be in good condition, with minimal scuffs and wear
